本プライバシーポリシーは、株式会社AWU（英語表記：AWU Inc.、以下「当社」といいます）が提供するモバイルアプリ「AWU: PALETTE」（以下「本アプリ」といいます）に適用されます。
取得する情報とその利用
本アプリは、インストールおよび通常のご利用において、ユーザーの個人情報を一切取得しません。登録やログインも不要です。
ただし、ユーザーがアプリ内で「引継コード」を発行した場合に限り、以下のデータが当社のデータベースに保存されます。
・各キャラクターの絆レベル
・ログイン日数
・実績の解放状況（解除有無および解除日付）
・デイリーミッションの進捗状況
これらのデータは、機種変更時のデータ引き継ぎを目的として保存されます。引継コードを発行しない限り、データはサーバーに一切保存されません。

位置情報
本アプリは、端末の正確な位置情報（GPS等）を取得しません。
第三者への提供
本アプリは情報を取得しないため、第三者と共有されるデータはありません。
オプトアウト
ユーザーは、本アプリをアンインストールすることで、すべての情報取得を停止できます。
お子様のプライバシー
本アプリは、13歳未満の児童から故意に情報を取得することはありません。誤って個人情報を提供したと思われる場合は、info@awu.co.jp までご連絡ください。一部の国では、個人情報の取り扱いには16歳以上の同意が必要な場合があります。
セキュリティ
当社はユーザーのプライバシー保護に最大限努めますが、本アプリはデータを収集しないため、不正アクセス等のリスクはありません。
変更について
本プライバシーポリシーは必要に応じて改訂される場合があります。
変更があった場合は、本アプリまたは当社ウェブサイト上で通知します。
同意について
ユーザーが本アプリをインストールまたは利用開始した時点で、本プライバシーポリシーに同意したものとみなします。

English Version
This Privacy Policy applies to the mobile application “AWU: PALETTE” (hereinafter referred to as “the App”) provided by AWU Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”).
Information Collection and Use
The App does not collect, store, or process any personal information during installation or normal use. No registration or login is required.
However, when a user issues a "Transfer Code" within the App, the following data is stored on our servers:
- Bond level for each character
- Login days
- Achievement unlock status (whether unlocked and unlock date)
- Daily mission progress
This data is stored solely for the purpose of transferring data when switching devices. No data is stored on the server unless a Transfer Code is issued.

Location Information
This Application does not collect precise information about the location of your mobile device.
Data Sharing with Third Parties
Since no data is collected, no information is shared with third parties.
Opt-Out Rights
You may stop all data collection by uninstalling the App.
Children’s Privacy
The App is not intended for children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe your child has submitted personal information, please contact us at info@awu.co.jp. In some regions, individuals must be 16 years or older to consent to data processing.
Security
The Company takes reasonable security measures. However, since the App collects no data, risks of unauthorized access do not apply.
Policy Changes
The Privacy Policy may be updated as needed.
Any changes will be announced within the App or on the official website.
