本ページは、モバイルアプリ「AWU: PALETTE」（提供: 株式会社AWU / AWU Inc.）におけるアカウントおよびデータの削除リクエストに関する手順を説明するものです。
削除リクエスト手順
以下の手順で削除リクエストを送信してください。
1. 宛先: info@awu.co.jp
2. 件名: 「アカウント削除リクエスト / Account Deletion Request」
3. 本文: 削除対象の「引継コード」を記載してください。
当社が削除リクエストを受領してから、14日以内に対象データを完全に削除いたします。
アカウントについて
本アプリはユーザーアカウントの作成機能を提供していません。通常のご利用では、サーバーにデータは一切保存されません。
ただし、ユーザーがアプリ内で「引継コード」を発行された場合に限り、下記のデータがサーバーに保存されます。この引継コードおよび関連データが、実質的な「アカウント」として扱われます。
削除されるデータ
削除リクエストを受領した場合、対象の引継コードに紐づく以下のデータをすべて削除します。
・各キャラクターの絆レベル
・ログイン日数
・実績の解放状況（解除有無および解除日付）
・デイリーミッションの進捗状況
保持されるデータ
削除リクエスト受領後、上記の引継コードに紐づくデータはすべて削除されます。サーバー側にユーザーを識別できるデータは保持されません。
ただし、お問い合わせメール自体は、サポート対応の記録として当社メールシステムに残る場合があります。
データの保持期間
引継コード発行時に保存されたデータは、ユーザーからの削除リクエストがあるまで無期限に保持されます。これは、機種変更時のデータ引き継ぎ機能を継続的にご利用いただくためです。
削除リクエスト受領後は、14日以内に対象データを完全に削除いたします。

This page describes how to request deletion of your account and associated data for the mobile application "AWU: PALETTE" (provided by AWU Inc.).
How to Request Deletion
Please submit your deletion request using the steps below.
1. Send an email to: info@awu.co.jp
2. Subject: "Account Deletion Request / アカウント削除リクエスト"
3. Body: Include the Transfer Code you wish to delete.
We will completely delete the target data within 14 days of receiving your deletion request.
About Accounts
The App does not offer user account creation. Under normal use, no data is stored on our servers.
However, when a user issues a "Transfer Code" within the App, the data listed below is stored on our servers. The Transfer Code and its associated data are treated as the effective "account".
Data That Will Be Deleted
Upon receipt of a deletion request, all of the following data associated with the specified Transfer Code will be deleted.
- Bond level for each character
- Login days
- Achievement unlock status (whether unlocked and unlock date)
- Daily mission progress
Data That Will Be Retained
After a deletion request is processed, all data associated with the specified Transfer Code will be removed. No user-identifying data will remain on our servers.
Note that the inquiry email itself may remain in our mail system as a support record.
Data Retention Period
Data stored upon Transfer Code issuance is retained indefinitely until a deletion request is received from the user. This is to support the data transfer feature when switching devices.
Upon receipt of a deletion request, we will completely delete the target data within 14 days.
