本プライバシーポリシーは、AWU Inc.（以下「サービス提供者」）が商用サービスとして提供するモバイルアプリ「AWU: PALETTE」（以下「本アプリ」）に適用されます。
アプリはどのような情報を取得し、それをどのように使用しますか？
本アプリは、ユーザーがダウンロードおよび使用する際に一切の情報を取得しません。アプリの利用にあたり、登録手続きは不要です。
アプリはモバイル端末の正確な位置情報を取得しますか？
本アプリは、端末の正確な位置情報を取得しません。
第三者はアプリによって取得された情報を閲覧または利用できますか？
本アプリは情報を取得しないため、第三者と共有されるデータは一切ありません。
オプトアウトの権利はありますか？
ユーザーは、アプリをアンインストールすることで、情報の取得をすべて停止することができます。アンインストールは、モバイル端末の標準の操作手順またはアプリマーケット等を通じて行うことが可能です。
お子様について
本アプリは、13歳未満の児童から意図的に情報を取得したり、マーケティングを行うことを目的としていません。サービス提供者は、13歳未満の児童から個人を特定できる情報を故意に収集することはありません。サービス提供者は、すべての児童に対し、アプリやサービスを通じて個人情報を送信しないよう促しています。また、保護者や法的後見人には、お子様のインターネット利用を監視し、同意なく個人情報を提供しないよう指導することを推奨しています。お子様がアプリやサービスを通じて個人情報を送信したと思われる場合は、速やかに info@awu.co.jp までご連絡ください。必要な対応をいたします。また、お住まいの国において、ご自身の個人情報の処理に同意できるのは16歳以上である必要があります（一部の国では、保護者または後見人が代わりに同意することが認められています）。
セキュリティ
サービス提供者は、ユーザー情報の機密性保護に最大限の注意を払っています。ただし、本アプリは情報を収集しないため、不正アクセスなどによるリスクは存在しません。
変更について
本プライバシーポリシーは、必要に応じて変更・更新されることがあります。変更があった場合は、本ページを更新することで通知されます。定期的に本ポリシーをご確認いただき、継続的なご利用をもってすべての変更に同意したものとみなされます。

This privacy policy applies to the AWU: PALETTE app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by AWU Inc. (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Commercial service.
What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?
The Application does not obtain any information when you download and use it. Registration is not required to use the Application.
Does the Application collect precise real time location information of the device?
This Application does not collect precise information about the location of your mobile device.
Do third parties see and/or have access to information obtained by the Application?
Since the Application does not collect any information, no data is shared with third parties.
What are my opt-out rights?
You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.
Children
The Application is not used to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children. The Service Provider encourages all children to never submit any personally identifiable information through the Application and/or Services. The Service Provider encourage parents and legal guardians to monitor their children's Internet usage and to help enforce this Policy by instructing their children never to provide personally identifiable information through the Application and/or Services without their permission. If you have reason to believe that a child has provided personally identifiable information to the Service Provider through the Application and/or Services, please contact the Service Provider (info@awu.co.jp) so that they will be able to take the necessary actions. You must also be at least 16 years of age to consent to the processing of your personally identifiable information in your country (in some countries we may allow your parent or guardian to do so on your behalf).
Security
The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. However, since the Application does not collect any information, there is no risk of your data being accessed by unauthorized individuals.
Changes
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes to their Privacy Policy by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.
